Hosting static text or html file on OMS server

 In GC11 I was able to post static files on my management server by tossing the files into a directory and sharing the URL with folks.
I want to post static content extracted periodically from EM into a read-only reference site to answer common questions like: Where can I get a current list of databases or hosts?  

How can I do that with 12c Cloud Control?
