Is there a way to see if "defer interface" was checked at time of ship confirm?

We have seemingly random deliveries that do not get run through ITS but if we run ITS manually they process without error.  I've not been able to identify any pattern.  I'm wondering if during the ship confirm process, if the users are occasionally checking the "defer interface" checkbox accidentally.  Is there any way to see if the delivery was set to "defer interface" before we run ITS manually?

UPDATE:  I can probably see this through the sales order line workflow.  Feels like a Monday.  ;-)
