Profile Option POR: Generate and Display Account at Checkout

Hello Team,

I assume, profile POR: Generate and Display Account at Checkout is responsibility for showing the charge account value during check out under Billing section of Checkout. However what I noticed in our instance that profile option is set to No and still charge account value is appearing during the checkout. Do we need to bounce the apache to see the changes ?
