IE9 not generating the wsdl

Hi All,
I am using IE9 which isn't generating the WSDL of publicreportservice.
I tried the following url

http://localhost:port/xmlpserver/services/PublicReportService_v11?wsdl

Can you please let me know any changes in settings need to be done ?
