Disable or turn off options and packs

Hi,

I have an Oracle Enterprise DB 11.2 on a Windows server.  When I log in to SQLPLUS, I see this,

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, Oracle Label Security, OLAP, Data Mining,
Oracle Database Vault and Real Application Testing options

We did not buy these options or packs.  How to disable them so I don't see them when I log in to SQLPLUS?
