Excel file report output opening in network page format

Hi All,

We have a report output in Excel format for some Oracle report. But when trying to open this report directly (instead of saving it to computer) it is getting routrd to the network page.

But I can open the file after saving it to the system.

I have found one article on Metalink for this issue which says only about the analysis. Can anyone please help me in finding out the solution mentione din this note id.
