Filtering Multiple Tables Within a Report

I'm trying to create a report for my Sales Director and CEO who are extremely particular about the way the data is displayed.  What they have been using for Forecasting for the past 30 years is a 3 table report based on Close Date for an Opportunity.  The top table is defined based on everything that closed prior to the CURRENT_DATE for this calender year (which is the same as my companies Fiscal Year).  The second is a rolling 3 month display that they use to view the opportunities closest to closing.  And the last table is their long range
