Error in JRE invocation in version 8.1.1.9

Anyone,
Does anyone know why could be possible that Siebel 8.1.1.9 in version 64 bit O.S. is throwing the following error:

"Error al invocar servicio 'EAI JMS Transport', metodo 'SendReceive' en el paso 'Enviar y Recibir Mensaje'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
--
Error al cargar el Dll JVM. Compruebe que el nombre de archivo dll es correcto.(SBL-EAI-05006)"

We have done testing in the same version in testing environment and with no problems. 

Just you to know, we are now in the middle of migration process.
