log file sync

 Hello everyone
I am working with oracle database 11g 11.2.0.3 and jdedwards 91

and i am seeing all the time log file sync waits.

but if i check my redologs to see how often they are switching the switches occur every hour to to hours so the problem i think is not because my redo logs are undersized.

Does anyone know how i might find the cause that every dml in my database generates this log file sync waits.

any idea will be appreciated
