Installation, oracle home, instance and repository

 Hi,
I am reading the installation notes for Forms 11gR2. And see the screen that asks for the oracle home, instance, and instance location.  


1) is this referring to the repository?  I created the repository (using RCU) in a database instance on a different machine.  This screen seems to indicate that another database instance must be running on the server where I am installing WLS, Forms, Reports, and WebCenter.  Am I misunderstanding that?

2) Can the repository be on a different server?

3) If this screen is not referring to the repository, can this database also be on another server?
