Full Package failed with errors for all BSFNs 'cl' is not recognized

Dear All,

I submitted the Full Package but the server package is failed with following errors for all sub BSFNs. I checked the Compiler settings in JDE.ini file it is already there. can anyone please tell me what could be the reason.

b03b0170 compiler log : 'cl' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

serverpkgbuild.log:

Sat May 18 21:38:35 - Object CAEC/B44H0008 failed on server

Sat May 18 21:38:35 - Object CAEC/B44H0067 failed on server

Sat May 18 21:38:35 - Object CAEC/B44H9901 failed on server

Sat May 18 21:38:35 - Object CAEC/B44H9902 failed on server
