Leased Land Assets parameter and information

Dear,

Kindly let me know about complete proceduer for the lease "Land" assets. As I have some assets which is related to the leased land and it will be also in the depriciation.

The following information I want to know :

1) What parameters should I select in the asset category setup ?

2) system will calculate the depriciation as same like other asset catrgory depriciation or it something else for leased land ?

Please also give me the ther details about the leased assets.
