Stop Billing of an Usage line

Hi All,

Is there any possible way to stop the Billing of an Usage line in R12 ?

I have a Duplicate Usage line which is getting Billed and i need to stop it from getting Billed as another Usage line is already present with same Usage Item for the Serial.

The Duplicate line is Terminated but is having Counter Read after Termination Date.

I need to stop the Billing of this Duplicate line as the Counter Read has already been billed with the Original line.
