Getting error in DSN

Hi,

Previously I was using Siebel 8.1.1.5.

Some days before I installed 8.1.1.9. But write now if I am Configuring System DSN "SSD Default Instance" i am getting below mentioned error

"The setup routines for the Siebel Oracle90 ODBC driver could not be found. Please reinstall the driver."

Please tell me why I am getting this error and how to rectify this.
