Hardcoding currency format to a specific locale

Hi,

We are using Siebel 7.7 with BIP 10.1.3.4.

I would like to hard code currency and number formatting in my RTF template to a specific format. This format belongs to a different locale than the one being passed to report from Siebel.

The idea is to generate report with hard-coded number formatting of Swiss German locale, regardless of what locale is passed through Siebel (by default en-US is passed).
