RTV Cancellations/Processing

Hi,

I would like to know how a RTV which is created at RMS side gets synced with SIM ?

Steps to Recreate:

1.Create a RTV in RMS.

2.Approve and ship it.

3.RTVReqCre messages processed from integration_staging table in SIM.

But the results are not reflected in the Return table. How does the data get synced on both sides?

Is there a batch for this?
