Automatic Remittance Creation Program API

Hi,
Would like to seek for your assistance in our issue. We have been experiencing this
since last March 12, 2013. Running of Automatic Remittance creation program is so slow.
Please see below details;

Submitted:02-Apr-2013 15:52:07
Started:02-Apr-2013 15:52:19
Completed:04-Apr-2013 07:52:33

As of now, our concurrent has 181 Automatic Remittance creation program with "Pending Normal"
status since previous running has not yet been completed.
