R12 AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report

Hi,
Anybody know about GL Date From and GL Date To parameter in R12 AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report?
Currently we upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 and found there's no way to print Accrual Report based on GL Date parameter.
