Accounts in financial options are not getting updated,they are freezed.

 Hi,

When I am trying to update the accounts portion of financial options setup in AP, it is not allowing me to update them.
Due to this, incorrect liability, prepayment accounts etc have been defaulted on suppliers.Not allowing to update financials options any of accounts.

Please suggest the reason for this and how to correct it.
