Issue with Part Requirement

Hi

In Parts Requirement when I select the Ship to as “Customer” am getting an issue.

I have completed all the setups regarding this issue. Even though I am getting an issue when click the “Create an Order”. Also, attached all the screen shots regarding this issue.

Please let me know if any other details are required.
