ORACLE FORMS 11g rel2 JVM CONTROLLER issues

Hi,

We have jvm controller confirgured for application, we are facing some issues with JVM controller.

When I define below path jvm is starting and able to access the application but throws FRM -40735 followed by ORA error.

/opt/oracle/middleware/FR_binaries/jlib/zrclient.jar:/opt/oracle/middleware/FR_binaries/reports/jlib/rwrun.jar

But when I include our customized jar files from application side, jvm is starting but I i try to access the application again it goes down, with the below error message

Unable to communicate wit jvm controller.
