Issues with loading customer profile class for new bill to sites of an existing customers

Hi,
We are trying to load customer bill to sites for an existing customers using customer interface. But we are facing issues while loading customer profile class for these new bill to sites of existing customers.

Is there any API available to load customer profiles class for new bill sites of an already existing customers.
