Resource Cost Price

Hello All,
The standard cost price for a resource is $16 and a specific customer pays $14 for that resource. When ever this customer is billed for a project for that resource, $16 is automatically being calculated.

Is there any way to get the price $14 with out manual entry? Please advise.
