[ERPi] Multidimensional Mapping

We use the Multidimensional mapping in ERPi to capture a range of accounts and companies.  However, was informed that in that rage, the users do not want to include one account.  ERPi doesn't have an "and not" criteria in the multidimensional tab.  If we created an explicit mapping for that one account and a profile, would it still get picked up in the Multidimensional mapping or does the explicit beat the multidimensional?
