Autoquery block disabled when trying to create new Folder

Hi All,

I am trying to create one custom folder in OPM quality result form. I am unable to select any options under Autoqury block. The whole block is disabled. Can any one put some light on this? Is there any profile or option needs to be enabled to get enabled it?
