The control board shows order types for "non-outbound" orders.

We are on 12.1.3.

 

Recently, the sequence for sales order #s hit 501XYZ .... which is the same as our return orders 501ABCD which are 7 in length (vs. sales orders which are 6).  Howver, when our shipping locations go into the control board and enter "501123%" the LOV popes up with several order types to choose from.  Does anyone know of a profile option an a work around to direct the controla board to look at only outbound sales or intercomany orders?
