11510. Inventory - Expense Subinventory Accounting

HI. I would need to know how is performed accounting in subinventory expense type.
We have a subinventory = BUSO
Type = Expense

Item asset flag = Yes
Item asset cost = Yes

When I receive item from PO in that subinventory distributions are created. This is OK because i need to track value of that item separately from material account (we are on FIFO organization)

When I make, miscelaneous issue or receipt system not create distributions accounting. This is a problem because if i need to issue the item for obsolescense the accounting is not ok.
