Agent 12 Home was deployed under Middleware Home by mistake

OEM Upgrade documentation says we should ensure that the installation base directory you enter for the Agent Home is NOT inside the middleware home. For a few of our servers, I accidently allowed the Agent Home to be put under the middleware home during deployment. Is there a way to un-deploy the agent on these servers and redeploy in the correct home?
