Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error during mass upload of Bonus & Salary for India Business group

When I am trying to do the Salary, following error is popping up:

PER XXOLF_SAL_MASS_UPL_BG_VAL : Business Group Information Retrieval Failed. Check the Country Selected.

Database insert error

When I am trying to do the Bonus Mass upload, following error is popping up:

PER XXOLF_MASS_UPD_BONUS_BG_VAL : XXOLF_MASS_UPD_BONUS_BG_VAL
