Confirm Shipment with Scan out item

Dear All
I want to make a custome interface for Shipment Confirmation using Scan out item
that will pre and post shipment confirmation.
Can anyone guide me how to make it connection between my interface and update table on JDE ?

I ever make an interface for Purchase order that PO data from csv file that will automatic update to F4301 and F4311 using table F4301z1 and F4311Z1
I think it will same process... but I need a advice for details
