Croosover cables for oracle 11gr2

Folks,
I am sure that crossover cables are not supported for private interconnect oracle 11gr2.

But i want to know weather the installation of 11.2.0.3 will get successfull if i use crossover cable ,and if really intended to use croosover cable for 2 node cluster what are the steps i need to follow.

My release is 11.2.0.3.
