I need to track the quantity with the van that is delivering the goods to the client

I have a sales order to the customer

Our van is delivering the goods to the customer

I need to pick and ship the goods to the customer

How can I control the goods in the VAN, I mean to track quantity and items and when he delivers the goods to the customer the quantity will decrease ?
