Are there tax rules related issues when using Distirbution Sets to enter an invoice in Payables?

Hi,

I am using Ebtax for Payables setting up rules to determine when a tax is applicable for a particular AP transaction.

I want to use Distribution Sets to enter the distribution for some invoices. Are there any issues on the tax rule of ebtax determination at invoice level when using a Distribution Set?
