Performance Appraisal Plans
I am unsure how PMP sits with respect to the standard functionality of Standard, Self or 360 Appraisals?
Is it so that PMP can replace the 3 appraisal types, so does it mean that if you run a PMP, Objectives, and Appraisals can be auto assigned to employees in the organisation that you specify?
Or is PMP only for Cascading and aligning of Objectives? And Apprsaials is outside the purvue of PMP?
Any advise would be appreciated.
