Query to find the number of standby database implemented

Hi ,
Can any one help me in finding the number of standby databases implemented for a primary database through a query?

Also, pls let me know how to calculate the total memory (RAM) allocated to a database (version from 9i, 10g and 11g).

I think: For 10g, SGA+PGA
          For 11g, Memory_target+sga_target. Is this correct?
