Error migrating Solaris 10 zone to a Solaris 11 system
Hi,
I would like to migrate a Solaris 10 to a Solaris 10 branded zone in Solaris 11.
I would like to avoid creationg &importing a flar (zone has 300GB of data).
It seems we can give Solaris 11's zoneadm a (zfs) filesystem of the zone to import with "zoneadm -z myzone attach -d -" or "zoneadm -z myzone install -d - -p"
But I get the following errors:
-With zoneadm attach:
ERROR: Could not find any active boot environment
Logfile:
cannot open 'zones/myzone/rpool/ROOT': filesystem does not exist
-With zoneadm install:
ERROR: Could not find any active boot environment
The image release version must be 10 (got unknown), the zone is not usable on this system.
