Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC)

Operating Unit in one Leader/Legal entity is not visible in another.

We have 3 Legal entity and ledges and each ledger assigned to one of the legal entity. There are 3 Operating Unites ( A, B, and C ) assigned to each one of this.

From the Organization A, I can see the OU of B and from B, I can see A. From A and B I can’t see OU C. Similarly from OU C, I can’t see OU A or B

Menu Path Inventory > Setup > Organization > Organization

Is anyone have Idea as to from what setup this security is enabled.
