[OEM CC 12C on W2K8] OracleManagementServer service doesn't start

Hi,I installed OMS CC 12C and the console was working.
This morning it's not working, the service OracleManagementServer is stopped and I can't start it.
When launching emctl start oms I've got : Environment variable ORACLE_UNQNAME not defined. Please set ORACLE_UNQNAME to database unique name.
When I set ORACLE_UNQNAME to the repository DB I've got : EM Configuration issue. C:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1/WS-SYS06.cg.ahp_OMSDB not found.

Please help me.
