EM12c: Monitoring Templates synchronisation

  Hi,Enterprise Manager Cloud Control version 12.1.0.2.0
I configured some Monitoring Templates and associate it with my targets. But I receve "Cannot Edit the template now as Sync is currently running. Please try editing the template later." when I try to save any changes in the Templates.
When I go to "Group" page, I see that 8 targets pending synchronization with message "Target is pending synchronization due to changes in hierarchy or on the target".
Nothing changed some days. Synchronisation Schedule configured with frequency 1 day.
Button "Start Synchronisation" is unavailable on this page too.

How can I deploy/synchonise the Monitoring Templates to my targets?
