RDBPROD: Question on Possible Corruption in Restored or Copied Databases [ID 1298843.1]

We do an online quiet_point backup once every two weeks when weekend processing is lighter. Am I doing what you seem to be suggesting as a workaround once the backup acquires the quiet_point?

From this it would seem that our daily online noquiet backups may be questionable.

Is there a way to test a restored copy from our online noquiet backups? Seems that you are saying the issue may be inadvertently discovered through SQL queries (Any query on the affected table?)

Occurrence

Multiple processes deleting rows from and inserting rows into the same tables are required while the online backup or copy is running.

Howdy, Stranger!
