Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there a way to enter an SR against a lot number with validation?

Can an SR be opened against a lot number and also have validation against the lot that is entered similar to how the serial number is validated?
