When an ASR monitored asset is undergoing maintenance it is recommended that the ASR services is deactivated so that extraneous alerts are not generated during the maintenance procedure that could lead to confusion and unnecessary ordering of replacement parts. The procedure for deactivating ASR, and reactivating ASR after the maintenance window, must be carried out by the Administrator via the My Oracle Support portal. This procedure is documented in
