Use the keyword NOTE when referencing articles

When referencing a knowledgebase article, use the key word NOTE before the article number to allow the system to automatically create a hyperlink so thread viewers can simply click on the article rather than have to do a search manually. 

For example:

Master Note For Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) [ID 1116484.1]

versus

Master Note For Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) [Note 1116484.1]
