oracle.retail.sim.closed.common.SimServerException: Unable to execute BatchParametricStatement

 Hi All,
In SIM while reveiving all Items of particular container by (Confirm) button i receive this ERROR. "oracle.retail.sim.closed.common.SimServerException: Unable to execute BatchParametricStatement".

Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-02049: timeout: distributed transaction waiting for lock

I frequently observed this "Unable to execute BatchParametricStatement" in quite few functionalities even in 13.2.4 and 13.2.5 versions.

What can be the real cause and any solution to overcome this.
