Not able to customize My Oracle Support Knowledge Page - Product dropdown grayed out

Hi
I am trying to add some modules to my knowledge page.  When I select add Knowledge Articles, it is getting added.  However, am not able to select the required module.

I am enclosing a screen shot.  

What am I doing wrong?
