R12.1.3 : error when applying patch 16060007

Hi,

we receive the bellow error when applying the patch :
   FAILED: file xla_ae_lines.xdf on worker  1 for product xla username APPS.
ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:
           FAILED: file xla_ae_lines.xdf on worker  1.
ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

The log file is showing :
