WORK ORDER FORM ERROR - FRM-40212: INVALID VALUE FOR FIELD INSTANCE_NUMBER_MIR

 hi,
We have upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3 on linux x86-64 bit OS . While creating a new work order from the Work Order form, the asset field LOV does not contain values , it is empty. Instead we get the error FRM-40212: INVALID VALUE FOR FIELD INSTANCE_NUMBER_MIR.

Please guide how to resolve this problem.
