Allocations

I have not worked with allocations before; I have a client that wants to allocate costs based on percentages provided by management. The costs are being allocated among the business segments (segment 4).  An example would be the following;

50000.00530.0000.00.00000 = $500.00

Management provides a report that says;

24% goes to business segment 30 (50000.00530.0000.30.0000)

42.5% goest to business segment 40 (50000.00530.0000.40.0000)

18.9% goes to business segment 50 ( 50000.00530.0000.50.0000)..etc...

Can someone provide some guidance on how to set this up, using specific percentages?
