Payment Entry Error

Hi,

When entering a payment, we receive a pop-up error box saying that "Field must be entered." This occurs after entering in the document number and tabbing out of the field. This does not happen all the time. When it does happen, what has been entered in the document field is cleared out and must be re-entered. Any ideas on this?

We are on version 12.1.3
