no hourly snapshot created in 11G

 moved db from 10G to 11Gno more auto snapshot created (or awr).
I can manually create snapshot without error.

DBA_HIST_SNAP_ERROR  show error for one snap id: WRH$_ tables:errors: 13529 and 3135

collect level is set to typical.

What should I check?

By the way, there is no problem create auto snapshot for new created DB on 11G. Only problem is 10G upgraded DB.
